1. PRICE PROTECTION PROGRAM
If you find a lower price from an online competitor on an identical, in-stock product, before you buy or within 30 days of your purchase, tell us and we'll match it.
How to match a Peak Technologies price to another select online competitor*
- Prior to placing your order, or within 30 days of your purchase, contact your Peak Technologies Account Manager or call us at 1-888-ASK-PEAK. We will verify the item eligibility by reviewing the online competitor, their current price, and by confirming the item is in stock.
- Peak Technologies Direct has the final decision for matching an online price.
Guidelines & Limitations
- The item must be currently in stock at the online competitor’s website and at Peak Technologies at the time of the price match request.
- Item must be identical, including brand, model number and color.
- We reserve the right to verify the online competitor’s advertised price of the identical, in-stock item.
- This policy does not apply to wholesale companies that do not sell to the public or "end user".
Exclusions
- Prices from auctions or sites that require memberships.
- Competitor quotes and prices that are not visible until after users log in to a website.
- Prices that cannot be determined independent of other items; e.g., bundle offers that combine fees, shipping and other charges.
- Percent off or dollar off if the item's price cannot be determined independent of other items, fees, or shipping charges.
- Instant rebates, mail-in offers, and offers that include financing.
- Prices that require minimum quantity purchases.
- Items that other retailers have listed as clearance, close out, liquidation, special hour/flash/limited quantity offers.
- Damaged, used, or refurbished items.
- Misprinted or inaccurate prices.

Peak Technologies Direct reserves the right to update or modify the terms of this Policy at any time.
2. FREE RETURNS
Items in original condition are eligible for free returns and exchanges. Simply send your item back to us within 28 days of purchase.
Terms & Conditions
- If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a return from Peak Technologies within 28 days of original purchase. Send your request to prc@peaktech.com.
- All items are subject to inspection before determining their eligibility.
- Once a return is granted, you have 10 days to ship the product back per the return instructions.
- The return number must be visible on all return labels.
- Product should be shipped back in original carton including all inside packaging as well.
- Original packaging must not be damaged or have any markings.
- All manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, accessories, components shipped with the products must be returned.
- You are responsible for return freight costs.
- Email your return tracking number to prc@peaktech.com.
Return Credit
Return credit will be applied to your account only after product is received, inspected and eligibility confirmed.
Exclusions
The return will not be accepted if any of the following are found:
- Return is missing any components / accessories included with original order.
- Product is not returned in original packaging.
- Condition of returned product is in any way misrepresented.
- Return product is damaged and does not meet original reason for return.
- No valid or visible return number on outer packaging label.
- Product not received within the specified timeframe.

Peak Technologies Direct strives to go above and beyond to earn your loyalty. Put us to the test! Use our products for up to 28 days, risk-free. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, return the product for a refund.
